Lovers of aromatics... ready for a new unforgettable experience. Dardinello di Assuli is a pure Zibibibbo, vinified dry, and therefore perfect for pairing with the entire meal. It is fresh and smooth, with notes of peach and Sicilian citrus fruits, as well as a pleasant mix of saltiness and minerality. The grapes come from the Mazara del Vallo area in the Trapani region, the western tip of the Mediterranean's largest island. After vinification, in temperature-controlled steel tanks, the wine matures for about 5 months in containers in contact with its yeasts. This maturation 'sur lies', as the French say, guarantees greater complexity to the finished wine, without distorting the fine aromatics typical of the original grape. Excellent with fish dishes, even smoked ones.
